Description
The Vanda flowering plant is a premium tropical orchid admired for its large, vibrant, and long-lasting blooms. When in flower, Vandas create a spectacular display with round to flat petals, often showing intense colors, rich patterns, and striking veining. Flower shades commonly include purple, blue, pink, red, yellow, orange, white, and bi-color combinations, depending on the variety.
Vanda plants have a strong monopodial growth habit with thick, upright stems and robust aerial roots that absorb moisture and nutrients directly from the air. The leaves are strap-shaped, leathery, and deep green, forming a healthy crown that supports multiple flower spikes.
